Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Ma Lillit website or making a reservation or event booking.
Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time. If your party has not arrived within 15 minutes, we reserve the right to release your table.
For standard reservations: cancellations made less than 2 hours before may incur a $10 per person fee. No-shows are charged $15 per person. For private events: cancellations within 14 days forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the full deposit.
All private event bookings require a signed contract and a deposit of 25% of the estimated total. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours before the event.
Ma Lillit is a licensed establishment. We comply with all New York State Liquor Authority regulations. No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.
No outside food or beverages are permitted, with the exception of celebration cakes for private events (a $25 cake-cutting fee applies).
We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Our kitchen handles allergens including nuts, shellfish, gluten, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Personal photography and social media sharing is welcome. Please tag us @malillit. Commercial photography requires prior written approval from management.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kings County, New York.
